Microsoft Documents
Microsoft Office documents such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel can all
be downloaded and viewed the same way.
To view a Microsoft Office document follow these steps:
- Left click the link or icon of the document.
- If the document does not automatically appear in the browser, it
must be downloaded.
To download a Microsoft Office document follow these steps:
- Right click the link or icon of the document.
- Choose "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..."
- A "Save As..." message window should appear. Pick a place
to save the document and click "Save."
- To view the downloaded document, open My Computer on the Desktop
and double click the "C" drive (your computer may use a different letter). Find the document and double click it.
