Apex is assisting the Alternative Education in developing their web site. The Alternative Education Unit is responsible for the implementation of the provisions of state and federal laws, rules and regulations pertaining to Charter Schools and the Charter School District pilot project. In addition, the unit also disseminates information and provides technical assistance to parents, community members, schools, and district personnel on home schools, family schools, non-public schools, and the four-day school week.
