Ann Del Vecchio received her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Statistics from the University of New Mexico. Her master's degree is in counseling with a minor in testing and assessment.

Ann has over 15 years of experience working with community-based health programs including tribal health programs, Bilingual Education, Special Education, Bilingual Special Education, Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities, and Native American educational programs. She has expertise in testing and assessment, curriculum-based assessment, and program planning and development.

Ann serves as an evaluator and consultant to Apex through Alpha Assessment Associates.
