Anne Karkkainen received her B.S. and M.S. from Georgetown University. Anne has over 15 years of experience consulting in the public and private sector including school districts, all three branches of federal government, as well as state and local government agencies. Anne provides consultation in program planning and proposal development as well as evaluation and support of funded programs. She has worked in educational administration and teaching, as well as juvenile justice and drug abuse prevention. Managing projects and developing proposals which have generated millions of dollars of business, Anne has written for diverse audiences: from state governments to the armed forces; from United States Senators and their constituents to State and Tribal Governors.
