Judith Wilde received her Ph.D. in Psychological Foundations from the University of New Mexico. She has over 20 years of experience in evaluation design, program evaluation, standardized and alternative assessment, research methods and design, and survey instrument design.

Judith has worked with national technical assistance centers such as the Evaluation Assistance Center - West and the Southwest Comprehensive Regional Assistance Center. She has led several national research and evaluation projects in Bilingual Education and Comprehensive School Reform.

Judith is a consultant and evaluator to Apex through Beta Group.
